     Vail Capital Partners’ first project was the re-development of a home on beautiful Gore Creek in the heart of Vail. This 2,800-square foot home was transformed into a four bedroom, four bath, 4,500-square foot home, with many of the amenities identified from VCP’s market research. This home was sold privately in advance of re-development.
